How can you return it?

Return procedure:

1. After confirmation of receipt of your order, you will receive an email with return information and a link to the MyParcel system to download the return label.
2. With a simple click, you can download the return label via the MyParcel system.
3. Print the return label and attach it clearly to the package, ensuring that the label of the original shipment is no longer legible.

Return without printing:

Choose convenience! The return email contains a link to the Bakdozen.nl return portal with the digital barcode. This barcode is valid for 72 hours. You can easily have it scanned at a PostNL location using your mobile phone. The PostNL employee will print the label and process the package as a return shipment. You will receive an email confirmation after successful processing.

Important information:

• Your money will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
• Please ensure that the products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Track & Trace:

Stay informed about the status of your shipment via the Track & Trace information. This way you know exactly when the package was received by us and when you can expect the purchase amount.
