2.3 Opening hours Our webshop is open 24/7! We are easily reachable via email and business WhatsApp. We usually respond to your message within minutes/hours, with a maximum response time of 24 hours. For phone contact, please leave a message via email/business WhatsApp. Please note that we may be less readily available on weekends and public holidays.

Article 3: Relevance Our terms and conditions apply to all our products, services, actions, purchases, returns and our webshop. We strive for clear terms and conditions, which can be found at the bottom of each webpage in the footer. Any additional general terms and conditions will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

4.2 Validity period We clearly indicate any special offers or promotional periods.
4.3 Typographical errors Typographical errors do not bind us to written agreements.
Article 5: Agreement An agreement is accepted as soon as a customer places an order with us. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As a customer, you are responsible for the information provided, such as address, name, and email.
Article 6: Returns You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your product. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the product in its original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns if the product is damaged, shows signs of use, or has been destroyed. We will only reimburse return costs if the fault lies with us.

Article 8: Delivery and Applications We strive to deliver a complete, well-packaged, and neat product within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times vary by country. In case of delays, we will inform you within one month and initiate any necessary refunds. The risk of loss during transport is our responsibility.
Article 9: Payments We offer iDeal, Bancontact and PayPal. If you experience any payment problems, please contact us as soon as possible.
Article 10: Complaints Please submit complaints via email or Business WhatsApp. We prefer to handle complaints in writing. You can expect a response within 24 hours. If no solution is found, you can always appeal.
